Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our signature cakes if ordered before 11:00 AM. Custom designs typically require 48 hours notice.
Are your bakery products nut-free or vegan?
We offer a dedicated range of vegan and nut-free options. However, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, nuts, and dairy, so trace amounts may be present.
How should I store my baked goods to keep them fresh?
Cakes and cupcakes should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Bread and cookies are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality or if your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Can I track my delivery order?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our bakery, you will receive a SMS or email notification with a real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery.
